BEACH CLASSES will resume in March 2025. (any class cancellations due to weather will be updated on the Facebook Page that morning)
INDOOR CLASSES
are held at the NORTH MYRTLE BEACH PERFORMING ARTS CENTER located at the Shops on Main in NMB. Indoor classes at the NMB PAC will resume in October 2025.
Chair Yoga classes are held every Tuesday at 10:30am at the J Bryan Floyd Center on Possum Trot Road.
